Vinyasa Yoga Flow
This flow practice focuses on linking breath with movement. Including Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses and also introduces inversions. The room will be warm for optimal practice conditions (space heaters available upon request). This class will leave you stretched, strenghthened and balanced.
HOT Power Yoga
With the room temperature 80 degrees or above, be prepared to sweat in this “flow” class. Linking breath with movement, this class offers many variations of sun salutations, challenging leg and arm balances, inversions, and concludes (as all of our yoga and fusion classes do) with final relaxation. This class is based on Ashtanga and Vinyasa traditions which fall under the umbrella of Hatha yoga. Let this class warm your body as you detox, strengthen, stretch deep into your musculature, and calm your busy mind.

Looking for Cardio and toning in the same hour? This is your class. This fast paced workout includes standing work, mat work, as well as work on the ballet barre. No prior experience necessary just a desire to work, sweat and have fun.
